<p>Rights relating to facts that will inevitably arise due to intellectual abilities are referred to as Intellectual Property Rights. The various forms of the purpose of this writing are to find out the final answer to the Commercial Court's decision at the Central Jakarta District Court with Number 25/ Pdt.Sus- Copyright/ 2022/ PN Niaga Jkt Pst and to find out what the judge's considerations are in deciding the outcome of the decision. The type of research that will be used by this writer is normative legal research that uses normative case analysis in the form of legal behavior. The normative juridical approach method is an approach to various problems by looking at the prevailing laws and regulations. The author in collecting research data uses data collection by conducting literature studies. Based on the results of the study, the decision resulted in the punishment for the Convention Plaintiff/Reconvention Defendant to pay court fees in the amount of Rp. 1,490,000.00 (one million four hundred and ninety thousand rupiah) as a form of compensation for cases that have been resolved in court.</p>
