Abstract

Global environmental issues have gotten progressively worse in recent years, with the subject of climate change standing out as the most significant. The international community has expressed fresh concerns about the burden of the global environment since U.S. President Donald Trump announced his country's withdrawal from the Paris Agreement. Additionally, the issue of climate justice has drawn increasing attention from the international community. An essential theoretical framework for future global environmental governance will be how to further the "shared but differentiated duties" idea of international environmental law with the pertinent ethics of climate justice.
