The main aim of this research is to find out information about the research design, subject and findings about cognitive flexibility that have been published. This research study uses 5 indexed journal articles throughout 2017-2021. The method used is a systematic review referring to the Kitchenham guidelines. The results of this research show that correlational research is the most commonly used design with students as the most popular subject. Overall, cognitive flexibility abilities have a positive influence.
